2. Service Description

JadePDF provides browser-based and server-based PDF processing tools. Free tier is supported by advertising. Pro tier removes ads and adds power features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use JadePDF for illegal purposes
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful files
• Abuse batch processing to overload our systems
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Scrape or automate access beyond reasonable personal use

4. Privacy

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.

6. Limitations

JadePDF is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
